These are just a no brainer if you have some fresh rosemary in your garden. I mean they are easy and taste delicious. What more can you ask for? Well.. you do have to turn on the oven... it's hot. But I did it anyway, and it was worth it!

That I didn't have to turn the oven on for. Did you know you can cook a freakin' whole roasters' chicken in the crockpot? Yes, it is possible and it is oh so yummy. Makes it better that I had to turn on the oven for the potatoes, doesn't it?
1 lb red potatoes. quartered
2 tbs rosemary, chopped
3-4 tbsp olive oil
season with salt and pepper
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Mix all the ingredients until evenly coated
3. Roast until potatoes are crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside. Mine took about 45 minutes.
