Breaded and Baked Cauliflower... Yummy Yummy

Cauliflower, the unsung hero of the vegetable world. I love it. It really can be used in so many ways.

This is my children's favorite way that I make cauliflower and it really could not be simpler. This is obviously not the healthiest way to eat cauliflower, but there are worse ways to eat it.

Beware that you will not have leftovers with this recipe. They're kind of like chips in that you can not just eat one or a handful.
Breaded and Baked Cauliflower
Ingredients:
Half a head of cauliflower, chopped into pieces
A couple spoonfuls of mayonnaise
About a half cup of seasoned breadcrumbs

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2. Place cauliflower in a bowl and mix gently with mayonnaise.
3. Once the cauliflower is coated, mix in breadcrumbs gently until coated. Place on a prepared baking sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes.
